We have optimized our best practices, templates and practices. We have standardized the approach for every implementation of the Enable U tooling and for the realization and management of each configuration/integration.This also applies to more complex issues such as creating an appropriate integration architecture, embedding architectural principles and leading integration projects.

Methodology

To ensure all aspects of your project run as smooth as possible, we have developed the Enable U Well methodology. This methodology documents and continuously refines the knowledge of decades of work-experience and thousands of realized integrations in order to be maximally reused to your benefit.

Enable U Well describes all phases of our services: from project start-up, realization, implementation to management, with continuous focus on quality and control.

Where appropriate we use generally existing methodologies. For example, some of our projects we manage with a Prince2 approach but whenever more flexibility is required (for managing dependencies when realizing multiple integrations) we use Agile Project Management.

As tooling we use Kanban and JIRA amongst others. In case your organization works or wants to work with a scrum/DevOps methodology we guide trajectories as Product Owner or Scrum master. We make these choices in close collaboration with our clients, in order to find the best possible approach within the desired project outcome.
