DSO

By 2022, all governments must have their digital infrastructure around environmental permits redesigned and connected to the Digital System Environment Act (DSO).

In practice, it appears that several governments have already started working with the DSO, but we also notice that there are still many ambiguities. There are many different variations in the handling of Environmental Law applications for governments.
